A global technology solutions form servicing tech and quant trading firms, are seeking a mid-level EA to support two MDs. This individual will provide support to members of our management team by managing calendars and appointments, arranging meetings, making travel arrangements, and providing assistance for other administrative tasks.
Job Description:
Compensation : $90000 - $105000

- Provide calendar management for C-suite and other management team members, which includes prioritizing meeting requests, managing complex and critical scheduling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including preparing and distributing travel schedules and agendas
- Maintain and track expenses and liaise with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed
- Coordinate events for the executive and their teams
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior level executives and/or board of directors, preferably in the finance, fintech, or tech industries
- A bachelor’s degree and expertise with Microsoft Office applications is required
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
