Our client, a small hedge fund located in Westchester, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to help support their office and COO.

Job Description:


Compensation : $65000 - $80000
Job ID : 14103

  • Office management, including supplies, visitor maintenance, deliveries, etc.
  • Calendar Management, organizing internal and external meetings, event coordination, and light travel
  • CRM maintenance
  • Marketing support

Job Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of office support experience, preferably in financial services
  • Office Management experience
  • Excellent compute rskills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Drive to succeed in a start-up environment
