A growing Private Equity Firm that recently started investing its third fund is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support for a small team (approximately 16 people) in their East Midtown NY office. The position will work with another assistant on the team to support a team of top-tier PE investors.

Compensation : $90000 - $115000

Job Function:

  • Ensure office is running smoothly including liaising with building management and vendors
  • Working with an IR assistant and the partners with the organization of the annual investors meeting in December
  • Assist with the CRM system (Dealcloud)
  • Keep the website up-to-date together with the web designer and website host
  • Assist with the reorganization of the firm’s online filing system
  • Assist with compliance administration
  • Setting up conference room for in-person and virtual meetings
  • Assist in the preparation and binding of marketing materials, mail and Fed-Ex
  • Ad hoc projects, expense and travel arrangement as needed

Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of administrative and office manager experience preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Five days in-office
  • Tech savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably experience with CRM
  • Polished, professional and precise
  • Ability to organize, prioritize & multi-task, meet deadlines with great follow up and time management skills
  • Assertive
  • Team player
