Top Asset Management firm in NYC seeks an Executive Assistant to support 3 Sr. Leaders on the Private Wealth team.  This role is full time in the NYC office with opportunity for occasional WFH flexibility or working out of their suburban offices in CT and NJ.  Amazing collaborative corporate culture, free food, gym on site and other great benefits and perks. Compensation : $80000 - $110000

Job Function:

  • Managing busy calendars and arranging business meetings both in-person and virtually
  • Preparing detailed domestic and international travel itineraries and processing all expenses
  • Ordering supplies for the department and maintaining budgets
  • Coordinate off-site client meetings and events and some larger off-site events
  • Take on special projects for the Private Wealth Business including working in SalesForce, running reports and creating Excel spreadsheets

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience coming out of Financial Services, or Professional Services
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • An extremely professional demeanor with experience interacting with high net-worth clients and/or Sr. Leadership
  • A strong team-player and relationship builder
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to make independent decisions as needed
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent  verbal and written communication skills
  • An excellent work ethic and pride in work product
