Executive Assistant for Marketing Director and Team of a top Private Equity firm based in Manhattan, NY!  This is a role for an Executive Assistant who is proactive, thinks ahead and can interact directly with clients. Salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 + OT, Bonus and excellent benefits, perks, and a Hybrid schedule!

Job Function:

  • Greeting guests both on the phone and in person
  • Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries including visa processing when needed
  • Organize all meetings both on and off site
  • Drafting documents on behalf of the MD and team
  • Taking on some light personal assistant work
  • Providing support to the MD’s reports ( about 30% of job duties)

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years Executive Assistant experience out of Financial Services
  • Experience working in a client facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
