Our client has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Management Consulting Firm in Midtown Manhattan. This is an in-office role 5 days a week with occasional flexibility. The CEO is a great, respectful boss and there is room for growth!

Compensation : $95000 - $125000

Job Function:

  • Heavy calendar and meeting management, managing all logistics details including global travel to optimize the CEO’s time.
  • Preparing the CEO for any meetings including preparing presentations and providing research.
  • Will maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Will update all client information in Salesforce.
  • Light personal work including travel arranging, gift buying and more.
  • Will take on special projects as asked.  

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years supporting C-level within a small to mid-sized firm or a Sr. MD/Department Head within a larger firm
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly detailed with excellent organizational skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
