The firm is a $9+ billion institutional asset manager based in midtown New York with an office in London. We have a high-quality, global reputation and a 25+ year track record of strong performance. The firm seeks to hire an individual who will serve as the Executive Assistant to the firm’s President.

Job Description:


Compensation : $110000 - $125000

  • Serve as an assistant and strategic partner to the President
  • Maintain the highest degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality for the President
  • Represent the firm with the highest degree of professionalism at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously
  • Supervise administrative staff as a “hands-on” team leader who will mentor and nurture the firm culture
  • Manage all office operations and facilities including vendor management
  • Execute all administrative duties, including travel, correspondence, phone and calendar management
  • Perform modest personal administrative support tasks
  • Coordinate firmwide social events

Background/Professional Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required
  • Previous experience in a senior level executive assistant role required
  • Previous experience working in the financial industry is required
