Community Health organization needs a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider for and Associate Medical Director Harlem based clinic and partnership with behavioral health social services organization.   Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

Compensation : $200000 - $210000

  • Community Health organization needs a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider in an outpatient setting to act as an Associate Medical Director
  • See patients of all ages 0-100
  • Full-spectrum primary care - diagnose and treat medical illnesses, refer to specialists
  • Community health setting diverse patient population, normal primary and patients with more chronic conditions
  • 80% clinical, 20% administrative responsibilities  
  • Participate in after-hours telephone triage coverage on a rotating basis (1-2 days per month)
  • Assist in peer review chart audits and other appropriate quality activities
  • Oversee and manage support-level medical staff and ancillary staff

Job Requirements:


  • State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
  • Residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine  
  • Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred, not required
