Family Medicine physician needed for a community health organization in Sullivan County. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $200000 - $215000
Job ID : 12179

 

Job Function:

  • Work in 100% outpatient clinic alongside primary care providers and mid-level staff
  • Monday-Friday standard hours, some rotated evenings
  • Facility also has behavioral health and social services available, work in collaborative environment  
  • Community health setting, diverse caseload

Job Requirements:


Job Requirement:

  • NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
  • Residency training as family medicine physician
  • Previous primary care experience preferred
