Rapidly growing and newly launched Family Office is seeking a Family Office Analyst to join their dynamic and expanding team. The Family Office Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis to support the strategic decision-making of our high-net-worth clients and their families!


Compensation : $85000 - $125000

Job Function:

  • Tax Compliance
    • Collaborate with tax advisers to implement tax planning solutions.
    • Assist with the preparation and review of personal, gift, trust, and entity tax returns.
    • Work with accounting firms to prepare and recommend quarterly estimated tax payments to the clients.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and the family office leadership team.
    • Consolidate and report all family assets, performance reporting, benchmark analysis, and maintain an online reporting system.  
  • Estate Planning
    • Work with legal counsel and tax advisers to implement wealth transfer strategies and asset protection solutions.
    • Develop a comprehensive estate plan that preserves the family legacy and amend the plan in response to tax law changes.  
  • Charitable Giving
    • Provide support for philanthropic initiatives.
    • Oversee grant requests and disbursement of funds for charitable foundations.  


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a family office, wealth-management, or tax-related role, with HNW Tax experience
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
