A publicly traded real estate finance company that acquires, originates, manages, services and finances primarily small balance commercial loans is looking to add a number or Analysts to their already impressive team due to their IMPRESSIVE GROWTH. The Company has over $1B in stockholder’s equity and is organized as a real estate investment trust (REIT). They are externally managed and advised by an extremely prestigious Asset Management Fund.

  • Reporting directly to Assistant Controller and an integral member of the Ready Capital Corporate Finance and Accounting team
  • Direct exposure to the CFO and line of business Controllers and CFOs
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries to compile business line’s financial reporting for consolidation at the Parent REIT level
  • Work as part of the Corporate Finance and Accounting team to complete month end, quarter end, and annual financial statements and other SEC financial reporting requirements
  • Work as part of the Corporate Finance and Accounting team to prepare reporting for earnings releases, investor meetings, or other ad hoc internal purposes
  • Focus on the implementation of new processes, technologies, and overall initiatives, including implementation, monitoring, and completion of SOX controls

Job Requirements:


 

  • 2-4 years Big 4 or next tier experience
  • Financial Services industry experience a must, REIT/Real Estate/Lending experience a plus
  • CPA
