A Venture/Growth Equity investment firm is looking to add a Finance Associate to help their team with all of the accounting and finance operations of the firm.


Compensation : $100000 - $110000

Job Function:

  • Review fund administrator deliverables (e.g., quarterly close workpapers and investor statements, periodic capital calls and distributions, etc.)
  • Manage accounts payable and related fund expense allocations
  • Participate in the maintenance of management company books and quarterly closes
  • Respond to investor queries
  • Assist in the completion of the annual financial statement audit
  • Review investor K-1s that are prepared by the external tax team
  • Maintain organized legal document records (e.g., investment agreements, and investor subscription docs, etc.)
  • Assist in updating quarterly valuations and quarterly track record deck
  • Work with the partners/investment team on fundraising work and ad hoc requests


Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required. CPA preferred, but not required
  • Experience auditing or accounting for fund vehicles or other financial services companies
  • Familiarity with SEC compliance requirements for registered investment advisors
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and efficiently complete assignments
