Our client, a quickly growing direct lending firm, is looking to add a VP of Finance to their team to oversee all Finance & Accounting operations for the firm.


Compensation : $150000 - $175000

Job Function:

  • Manage the firm's quarterly and annual budget process in partnership with the firm's leadership
  • Oversee the firm's management company and fund accounting processes
  • Work closely with the firm's leadership on all financial strategy for the firm  
  • Manage all external vendors


Job Requirements:

  • Approximately 10+ years of related experience, including some time at a quickly growing firm
  • Experience creating, implementing and revising best practices for both finance and accounting functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build, coach and mentor teams
