One of our more recently launched Private Equity clients (2B in AUM) that invests in middle market companies through complex led GP secondary transactions is creating a new role that will oversee all of investor reporting & analysis as well as their quarterly valuation process.  This person will also get involved in other aspects of the business but will be expected to create/own the above mentioned processes.  

Compensation : $105000 - $150000

Job Function:

  • Manage the investment monitoring and reporting process in coordination with the investment teams which would include data collection and validation, portfolio analysis preparation, internal/external reporting, and quarterly valuations
  • The incumbent will be expected to prepare ad hoc analysis and responses to queries related to performance and portfolio metrics; e.g. financial trends, value creation, exit analysis
  • Liquidity planning and coordination of deal funding for the Funds and co-investment vehicles
  • Complete DDQs and performance analysis
  • Support in preparation of marketing materials

Job Requirement:

  • BS degree from an accredited university (analytical degree preferred)
  • 2-5 years of relevant investor reporting/analytics experience    
  • Solid understanding of private equity and/or direct lending
  • Experience with relevant software solutions and services including e.g. Chronograph, DealCloud, Pitchbook
  • Self-starter w/ an entrepreneurial spirit; highly organized; strong attention to detail
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Honest, friendly, positive attitude with high standards of excellence
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide range of tasks and projects with an ability to prioritize appropriately
