Top Tier Global Private Equity Fund is looking to add a FPA Manager to their already impressive team, working directly with top management and heads of various businesses within their Private Funds portfolio, one of their largest.

As a member of the FP&A team, the manager will be involved in all aspects of The Fund's Private Funds portfolio financial analysis, reviewing and supporting the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, modeling and presentations. This dynamic position requires extensive collaboration across various business units across the Fund, including Asset Management, Investor Relations and Finance and Operation teams within the Fund and at the portfolio companies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the analysis of quarterly valuation, performance, and projections of the the Fund's Private Funds portfolio

  • Maintaining private fund models in accordance with the LPA

  • Oversee monthly reporting process including liquidity requirements and foreign exchange analysis of the private funds

  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to complete quarterly and monthly deliverables

  • Supervise, support and mentor analyst to aid in their development

  • Perform and manage ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting required by senior management or other groups

  • Participate and assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes


Job Requirements:


 

  • 6-7 years of Finance experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • FP&A experience required; Real Estate experience strongly preferred

  • Experience in real estate fund’s operation is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in iLevel, Anaplan, and PowerBI is a plus
