Rapidly growing family office in New Jersey with a focus on Real Estate investments is looking for an FP&A Staff/Senior join their already impressive and rapidly growing team!

Job Function:

  • Responsible for preparing company management reports and summary key financial and non-financial reports.
  • Build, maintain, and continually improve the accuracy of the company’s financial forecast, including maintaining detailed and flexible models.
  • Assist in coordination and composition of all variance to budget reporting and financial re-forecasting at monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes; this includes setting a regular rhythm with timelines and deadlines to meet all public company reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data for the company’s internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain up to date records and management summaries of all executed transactions for the purposes of forecasting their impact on the business’s financials; includes running debt covenant tests to ensure compliance.
  • Building out ad-hoc reports and analysis to support management’s understanding of performance and operations, primarily utilizing Excel.
  • Assist the Operations teams with development of annual operating budgets and monthly tracking and reporting against those budgets.
  • Build, maintain and continually improve forecasting, tracking, and reporting efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years FPA experience
  • Open on industry, real estate experience is a plus
  • Need strong excel and ability to work in a lean function
