Top Tier extremely prestigious Fund is looking to add a Fund Analyst to their recently formed REIT team. This role is extremely dynamic as it will touch nearly every aspect of the business

Job Description:


Compensation : $90000 - $110000
Job ID : 15751

Job Function:

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual 10Q/10K SEC filings, as well as all analysis/deliverables provided to Management and the Board of Directors
  • Prepare analysis and presentations for Board of Directors
  • Investor Relations Deck presentations
  • Analyze and review valuations for potential acquisitions
  • Assist in the preparation of certain monthly/quarterly financial information related to deals that are co-invested in by MITT and
    other funds

 

 


Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:  

  • 2-4 years experience at Big 4 or next tier Public Accounting firm with focus on Financial Services clients
  • CPA required
  • Experience with REITs and/or Mortgage products a plus
