A prominent private equity firm in NYC is seeking a high performing Finance Associate to be involved in treasury, reporting, operations, valuations, & other finance functions. 


Compensation : $90000 - $115000

Job Function:

  • Oversee capital calls and distributions to investors and cash flows to/from portfolio companies
  • Treasury: Manage, analyze, and monitor fund daily cash management - Respond to information requests from investors
  • Calculate and analyze fund performance metrics
  • Calculate new investment allocations and manage the new investment workflow through funding of new deals
  • Oversee reporting and data analytics for various foreign entities; including process improvements, variance analysis, and re-forecasting
  • Review books created by 3rd party administrator


Job Requirements:  

  • 3+ years of experience in both public accounting or fund accounting
  • BS in Accounting
  • CPA preferred
