A Prominent Global REIT is looking to hire a Global Fund Finance VP to join its team due to growth of its business.


Compensation : $180000 - $225000
Job ID : 21904

Job Function:

  • Prepare and review 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings, and earnings releases across multiple REIT segments
  • Research, prepare and write MD&A, financial disclosures and footnotes
  • Perform analytical review, data analysis, and graphic creation
  • Responsible for iXBRL
  • Responsible for Ad hoc analysis and projects


Job Requirement:

  • Accounting degree is required
  • 7-10 years of public or private accounting experience
  • Public Company experience is required
  • CPA is required
