Job Function:

As a member of our sales team in our dynamic sales team, you will drive the expansion of our client base within the staffing and recruiting industry, with a primary focus on Healthcare. Leveraging your 3+ years of sales experience and expertise in Managed Service Provider/Program, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring strategic accounts, fostering key relationships, and contributing to the growth of our staffing solutions  


A Day in the Life:  

  • Develop new client relationships through cold calling and prospecting to hiring managers  
  • Build lists of new prospects and maintain those the company already has  
  • Source for new hiring managers, decision makers and c-level executives at existing WCS  
  • Navigate fees and rates for services  
  • Manage the life-cycle process and establish point-of-contact relationships for future business  
  • Work with internal HR teams, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process  
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders  
  • Maintain on-going contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service  
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction  
  • Cross-sell other lines of business within WCS     
  • Effectively sell our Healthcare Services Temporary-consulting service line  

Job Requirements:    

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship management within the recruitment industry, including managing a new or existing portfolio of key accounts.        
  • 1-3+ years of knowledge and experience in Vendor Management System (VMS) and/or Managed Service Provider/Program (MSP).     
  • 3+ years’ sales experience in job recruitment sales is a must.        
  • Sales Experience including Call Center, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2b Sales or Cold Calling     
  • Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships     
  • Previous CRM/ATS system usage        
  • Proficiency with MS Word (required) Excel (preferred)
