HR Manager needed for Privately Owned Medical practice with roughly 100 employees and growing. This role will run the HR function and will be responsible for oversight of all HR polices,  Employee Relations and Recruitment activities.  This offers excessive opportunity for growth and compensation up to $125,000 to commensurate with experience.

Job Function:

  • Creating and evaluating HR polices,
  • Handling all employee relations
  • Running all recruitment and updating all job descriptions.
  • Performance management and leadership development
  • Ensuring all compliance
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Managing an HR Generalist and additional staff overtime.


Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and at least 2 years in a Healthcare company
  • Experience with Recruitment, Performance Management,   Compensation, HR Laws, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
