Our client, an established Financial Services firm with offices in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking to an HRIS Analyst to the team. This role will be in office 4 days a week for the first 2 months, then 3 days a week after training. Salary range is 100k-125k DOE + Bonus.

Job Function:
  • Maintaining the Bank's Workday HRIS system
  •  Acting as the project manager for all implementations and system upgrades
  • Troubleshooting HRIS matters,
  • Maintaining business processes
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Handling all reporting for incentive compensation.
  • Testing   and implementing new versions of the system,
  • Handle all HRIS project management
  • Working closely with comp team to compile market data for annual merit and salary reviews
  • Assist in monitoring and researching total compensation and rewards and more.


Job Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years HRIS experience with at least 2 years working with Workday
  • Experience with all technical and functional aspects of Workday Experience with project management
  • Budgeting experience
  • Experience reporting and researching for Compensation
