A global asset management firm is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator to support their Head of Talent Management overseeing 1500 employees in the US.

Compensation : $100000 - $110000

  • Answering phones, calendaring, travel planning (national and international), and expense reconciliation
  • Acting as point-of-contact for the Team’s recruiting, general business, and legal invoices, working closely
  • with internal support departments to ensure vendors are paid and costs are allocated in a timely fashion
  • Act as key user of Workday, Apollo’s internal employee database system; input new hires, terminations, I-9 verifications, employee biographies, etc., as requested
  • Facilitating the employee offboarding process, including scheduling exit interviews, ensuring outbound employees have necessary paperwork, and liaising with support departments to process the return of firm supported technology and corporate cards

Job Requirements:


  • 4-8 years administrative/assistant experience; financial service experience preferred
  • Desire to support senior team members with administrative underpinning necessary for success
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to multi-tasking and prioritize
  • Analytical and quantitative orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
  • Highest attention to detail; a self-starter
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective and collaborative team player
