A 500-person non-profit focused on sustainable, affordable housing, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing team.

Job Description:


Compensation : $80000 - $110000

Job Function:

  • Mentor managers on employee development best practices
  • Responsible for administering performance management program
  • Lead Employee Relations
  • Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
  • Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
  • Partner with leadership to develop succession plans

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional HR experience
  • 3 years minimum of employee relations experience
  • Experience with hiring, interviewing, and evaluating employees
  • Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
  • Expert in developing succession plans
  • Adept with performance management and investigations
  • Proficiency with employee relations and EEO
  • Non-profit experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
