A reputable nonprofit organization in Manhattan is looking to add two HR Coordinators to their team.  


Compensation : $17 - $23
Job ID : 26931

Job Function:

  • Sending out release forms
  • Managing onboarding checklists and clearance checklists in a multitude or portals and spreadsheets
  • Responding to calls/emails from new hires that need direction
  • Generating staff ID cards, and answering the main line for HR when they're needed to cover.


Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree required  
  • Minimum of 1-year corporate HR experience OR administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare or NFP environment
  • Strong customer service and people skills when it comes to carefully guiding new employees through a long series of onboarding requirements
  • Strong organizational skills, specifically in regards managing reports, spreadsheets, and other data-focused reports
  • Spanish speaker preferred
