Job Function:

• Oversee and manage one or more projects focused on elevating our data infrastructure, acting as the driving force behind project success.
• Originate and review comprehensive project requirement documents, ensuring clear and precise specifications.
• Determine project schedules, budgets, and resource prerequisites, ensuring optimal allocation for successful project execution.
• Meticulously define project scopes, considering all facets and intricacies to ensure a well-defined roadmap.
• Collaborate with technical experts to assess hardware requirements and devise a capacity plan for the seamless implementation of projects.
• Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with external vendors when required, fostering productive partnerships that contribute to project achievement.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, strategizing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to project progress.
• Leverage your familiarity with Agile practices to promote flexibility and adaptability in project execution, enhancing responsiveness to evolving needs.
• Foster transparent and effective communication channels between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT project planning and management, with a track record of successful infrastructure enhancement projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous and reflects your commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, showcasing your adaptability to dynamic project environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with effective time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, allowing you to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to assess the bigger picture while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
