Our client, a growing specialty finance firm, is looking to hire an Associate to their Investment team because of growth of the platform.


Compensation : $100000 - $160000
Job ID : 23094

Job Function:

  • Assist with the underwriting of potential investment opportunities
  • Prepare detailed investment memorandums for the senior management
  • Review all due diligence materials
  • Attend client meetings and participate in business development and deal related meetings
  • Work closely with portfolio companies


Job Requirements:

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in private credit investment, DCM, I-Banking or Leveraged Finance
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Deep understanding of credit underwriting
