A Leading Global Investment Manager is currently looking for an Investor Services professional to start immediately! This role will operate on a hybrid scheduled (3 days in, 2 days remote)


Compensation : $35 - $45

Job Function:

  • Work closely with portfolio management and sales personnel
  • Write RFP and DDQ content and presentations
  • Answer client inquiries
  • Support requests from the portfolio management and sales teams
  • Produce performance documents  
  • Tailor marketing collateral for individual clients  
  • Update investor communications on specific market events
  • Identify opportunities and initiate projects where investment marketing can add value


Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Client Services/Investor Services/Investor Relations  
  • Excel skills (pivot tables required)
  • Bachelor's degree
