An alternative investment firm (focused on blockchain & DeFi) is looking to build out its growing Investor Relations team. This is a full-time remote position and the Analyst will assist with new product development, key marketing initiatives, and ad hoc projects. The firm is backed by some of the top VC firms in the world.

Job Description:

Compensation : $95000 - $135000

  • Create and maintain marketing materials such as fact sheets, investor presentations, investor letters, and investor updates
  • Support all aspects of the investor relations, business development and capital formation process
  • Work closely with the Investment, Compliance, Legal, Finance & Operations teams  
  • Coordinate, draft, and ensure completion of investor requests, DDQs, and reporting requests
  • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new investors
  • Review subscription documents, interface with Fund Administrator, Finance and Compliance to ensure seamless experience for all investors



Job Requirements:

  • B.S. in Business, Economics, Finance, and/or Accounting  
  • One to three years prior experience in investment banking and/or investor relations in alternative investments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Genuine interest and knowledge of digital assets
