JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, including content creators, producers, and technical teams, to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document end-to-end workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Lead requirements workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to capture business needs and functional specifications.
• Write comprehensive user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that effectively communicate business requirements to development and testing teams.
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) that outline project scope, objectives, features, and constraints.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Studies, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the media industry, including content creation, distribution, digital platforms, and emerging media trends.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for requirements management.
