Large Affordable Housing General Contractor with projects throughout the Northeast and Southeast 

Job Description:


Compensation : $70000 - $90000
Job ID : 17417

Job Function:

  • Keep subcontractor contact database up to date and clean
  • Review high volume of subcontractor certifications/COIs
  • Reviewing insurance policies with the ability to quickly spot problematic exclusions, missing endorsements, etc.
  • Review Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for accuracy  
  • Keep all business licenses and required registrations up to date

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • 3-5  years of proven experience handling/reviewing insurance policies.
  • Computer proficiency--Experience with Timberline a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Organized with strict attention to detail
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
