Luxury builder in Dutchess County, New York is looking for a Lead Superintendent to join their growing team. 


Compensation : $100000 - $140000

Job Function:

  • High-end residential new construction and renovations
  • Project oversight, timeline, completion and staffing
  • Management of subcontractors and vendors
  • Acquisition of materials
  • Client relationship management


Job Requirement:

  • 10-15 Years of applicable construction experience is a MUST
  • High end residential or commercial project completion experience
  • Ability to drive to project locations will be necessary
