JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Serve as record keeper and source of information for the client
• Maintain central database to coordinate organization of entity documentation, transaction closing documents, transaction structures, key contractual obligations and recurring deadlines
• Manage entity formation and maintenance processes
• Maintenance of firm-wide officer slates and signature blocks
• Interface with Legal, Compliance, Tax and Operations on a regular basis
• Respond to internal document requests and external bank, brokerage and counterparty document requests

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of law firm or in-house paralegal experience, with a preference for experience within the funds / investment management space
• Familiarity with private investment fund structures and transactions  
• Experience with basic aspects of corporate governance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Highly motived professional who is eager to build new systems and processes where there is a lot of white space
