A 200-person multi-strategy investment firm is seeking to add a Legal Analyst to assist in managing the legal function and assisting with the execution of both routine matters and strategic projects.

Job Function:
- Legal documentation in investment and non-investment functions of the firm, including assisting with the intake, initial review, negotiation, execution and record keeping of investment-related agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and fund offering documents.
- assist with the management and execution of
- strategic projects as the firm continues to grow and expand into new investment opportunities, locations, and markets. The role reports to and supports the Director of Legal.
- The Analyst will also liaise and cooperate daily with other departments: compliance, operations, investor relations, finance, and human resources.

- 2-5 years of in-house legal experience preferred
- Corporate law experience helpful, preferably in the financial sector, particularly investment management
- Technologically fluent: adept at Microsoft Office products and able to evaluate and learn new software including databases and similar systems
- Globally adept: experienced cooperating on project across countries, cultures and languages
- Efficient, organized, and attentive to detail
- Creative, solution-focused thinker
- Careful and thoughtful communicator
- Fast learner, able to take instruction and work unsupervised
