A fast-growing accounting and M&A advisory firm is looking for a Deal Advisory/M&A Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

Compensation : $125000 - $150000

  • Manage buy and sell-side transaction engagements, providing financial due diligence insight to market-leading clients
  • Analyze data to identify historical and projected trends in operations and finance, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and any potential liabilities and risks
  • Prepare transaction advisory reports specific to client issues, including valuation model input assumptions, indebtedness considerations, and normalized earnings
  • Manage existing client relationships and participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Serve as project leader, providing real time feedback and guidance to junior team members

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; advanced degree preferred (CPA, Masters or MBA)
  • 5+ years of public accounting, auditing, and/or transaction experience (Big Four experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A or Transaction Services
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality client service
  • Willingness to travel to client locations, including occasional overnight travel – post-COVID
