JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Perform daily accounting entries based on bank activity
• Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
• Assist with monthly/quarterly closings, including preparation of quarterly management package
• Review and analyze expense reports and prepare weekly reports of employee spending
• Assist with the fund expense allocation process and billing to the applicable funds
• Assist with annual audits
• Review invoices prior to payment
• Other ad-hoc projects as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Looking for 1-2 years’ experience, preferably out of Big 4
• CPA not required, but preferred
• Role sits within finance group that rolls up to CFO
• Opportunity for future growth including getting involved in foreign subsidiaries, cash management, compliance, etc.
