JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Source Healthcare opportunities and maintain active relationships with leaders across your GP and advisor network to support a robust deal flow
  
• Oversee diligence activities with internal team as well as LPs and GP managers, including macro-level trends and qualitative asset-level credit analysis, from pipelining to deal sourcing and screening through to structuring and closing
  
• Lead fundraising and other investor-related activities
  
• Leverage ability to reduce complex models into key drivers and navigate gray areas to identify risks
  
• Maintain knowledge of market and stay current on investment trends
  
• Oversee vehicle management and portfolio monitoring post investment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Portfolio Management background within middle markets,
  leveraged loans, or syndicated loans within healthcare
• Deep credit knowledge and expertise as well as strong relevant experience within principal private debt
  investing, direct lending, leveraged finance, structured credit, and healthcare areas
• Demonstrated leadership experience as well as ability to collaborate with colleagues across the
  organization
