Job Function:
- Actively supporting the COO, who is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and manages the firm’s Marketing/Client Advisory team.
- Tasks to include, but not be limited to phone coverage, calendar management, booking travel, expense reports and event planning.
- Responsibilities related to supporting the Investor Relations/Marketing teams with a primary, but not exclusive focus on the firm’s hedge fund group.
- Among others, specific tasks will involve preparing and updating marketing materials and client presentations, supporting public relations and communications initiatives, updating content on the firm’s website, supporting the firm’s conference and event planning strategies, data entry into the firm’s CRM system (Clienteer) and booking travel.

• Excellent Microsoft Outlook - Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience with WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Clienteer (CRM), a plus
