As Marketing Coordinator you will support internal marketing efforts by creating and managing job postings, working on special projects as directed by the Executive Team and assisting with companywide branding.    The ideal candidate is a collaborative, ambitious team player with proven experience in a corporate work environment. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is creative, strategic, and wants to help drive the next stages of growth at WhiteCap Search.

What You’ll Do:     

  • Serve as main day-to-day support and assist in the drafting and posting of new jobs  
  • Manage the marketing of new jobs for all business lines across all platforms  
  • Innovate and initiate new ideas and creative solutions to common marketing obstacles and challenges  
  • Implement process improvements and best practices  
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with managers, peers, clients, the media, partners, and more  
  • Digital and social media savvy required, an understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR strategies and tactics, a plus

And You Have:     

  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skill; skilled at using a variety of content types   and platforms  
  • Talent for using data, user research and industry trends to generate data-driven insights and reporting and inform content decisions  
  • 1-3 years experience in a marketing coordinator / operations role  
  • Organize meetings and collaborate with different departments to get answers  
  • The ability to manage and meet tight deadlines       
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS software       
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook (required), Word (required) and Excel (preferred)
