As Manager of Recruiting Operations and Marketing, you will support internal sales and marketing efforts by creating and managing job postings, working on special projects as directed by the Executive Team and assisting with companywide branding.         The ideal candidate is a collaborative, ambitious  team player with proven experience in a corporate work environment. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is creative, strategic, and wants to help  drive  the next stages  of growth at  WhiteCap Search.

Compensation : $65000 - $85000

What You’ll Do:        

  • Oversee marketing and sales support team, provide clear direction and give consistent feedback on both overall performance and project execution
  • Manage the marketing of new jobs for all business lines across all platforms     
  • Innovate and initiate new ideas and creative solutions to common marketing obstacles and challenges     
  • Implement process improvements and best practices     
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with managers, peers, clients, the media, partners, and more     
  • Digital and social media savvy  required,  an understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR strategies and tactics, a plus

  • Well-spoken and confident, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with people of varied backgrounds and levels of experience   
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow up, and organization skills   
  • An analytical thinker and resourceful problem solver   
  • Resourceful self-starter and solution-seeker who demonstrates a high level of initiative and intellectual curiosity   
  • Open-minded and fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs   

  

And You Have:       

  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skill; skilled at using a variety of content types   and platforms   
  • Talent for using data, user research and industry trends to generate data-driven insights and reporting and inform content decisions   
  • 1-3 years' experience in a staffing operations or marketing role (management experience required)  
  • Organize meetings and collaborate with different departments to cultivate new ideas and initiatives   
  • The ability to manage a team, manage project execution and meet tight deadlines        
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS software        
  • Proficiency with MS Office (required), various Social Media platforms (required) and WordPress (preferred)
