Academic medical center in the Bronx seeking Gastroenterologist. Competitive compensation plan with hospital-employed benefits package. 


Compensation : $285000 - $300000

Job Function:

  • Large teaching hospital in NYC with medical students, residents and a shared fellowship program
  • Department consists of 2 full time physicians (division director and one mid-career attending)
  • Clinical component includes outpatient office, endoscopy time and hospital consults
  • Call schedule shared for consults between three physicians
  • No late evenings or weekend hours in the office, only if on call would come in for emergencies  
  • Rich clinical exposure - ERCP and EUS not required (these typically transferred out to Montefiore)
  • Newly acquired FUJI system, top of the line endoscopy equipment


Job Requirement:

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology Required
  • NY State License
