WCS is looking for an MD to fill an open role at a medical facility in Woodbury, New York.  


Compensation : $225000 - $250000

Job Function:

  • Join 1 Physician and 2 Physician Assistants in group practice
  • Current physician retiring and wants incoming physician to take over his patients and volume
  • Expect to see 20-25 patients a day. See 2-3 new patients a day and all other visits will be follow ups
  • Must also be open to conducting physicals and OCC Med for the local fire departments-ongoing business
  • Option for commercial airplane pilot physicals and stress tests- no special requirement other than BC in IM/FM
  • Monday - Friday, 9-5 with rotating Sat. 9a-1p. Rotate Sat mornings every 3rd Sat a.m. with PAs
  • Work out of 2 office (15 mins apart)
  • Each clinic has 4+ exam rooms, EKG, ECHO, and Ultrasound lab with staff
  • Support staff includes MAs and front office and billing


Job Requirement:

  • Will consider an IM or FM - This is adult medicine only, but will consider a new grad or practicing physician
  • Must be BC or BE and just finishing training
