JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Provide intake and screening for new patients - all outpatient
• Conduct diagnostics for psychiatric and neurological services and disorders
• Provided medication management and ensure continuity of service
• Participate in in-service training and educational community activities for psychiatric detection of potential patients
• Caseload for providers is 18-20 patients per day
• Join a team of Psychiatrists and PMHNPs servicing the Hudson Valley

Job Requirement:

• Must be Board Certified in Psychiatry or PMHNP
• Prefer experienced candidates but can be will consider new grad MD/DO  
• PMHNP needs to have psychiatry experience
• Clean record with no outstanding issues
• NY license
