  Primary Care Physician needed for Part-time (three days a week) for an outpatient clinic in Rockland County.

Compensation : $120000 - $130000

  • Work in 100% outpatient clinic alongside primary care providers and mid-level staff
  • Part-time (3 days a week)
  • Partnership with integrated behavioral health organization, person in this role will be working with patients that also have mental illness/addiction comorbidities
  • DEA certification preferred, willing to train for MAT/suboxone
  • Facility also has behavioral health and social services available, work in collaborative environment  
  • Community health setting, diverse caseload, will only treat adults in this practice   

Job Requirements:


 
  • NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
  • Residency training in internal medicine or family medicine
