JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Director with leadership skills to replace retiring director 80% clinical/20% admin
• Director will oversee staff of 6 Psychiatrists.
• Monday - Friday 8-5, no nights, no weekends and no required call.
• Candidate can choose to be either 100% inpatient or 100% outpatient or a mix.
• Option also to do up to 50% of case load in tele-psych.
• Outpatient group is 5 MDs and 3 Psych NPs, Inpatient is 4 MDs and 2 Psych NPs   
• Inpatient work requires ED consults and approx. 5 per day.
• Inpatient Behavioral unit 30+ beds
• Outpatient center close to hospital

Job Requirements:

• Director must have at least 5+ years of experience  
• Must be residency trained in Psychiatry and fellowship in child/adolescent if treating adolescents
• Must be NY licensed
