A large community health organization with locations in Greater NYC seeking a Quality Medical Director of Adult Medicine and Regional Medical Director.

Job Description:


Compensation : $250000 - $300000

  • 60% clinical and 40% administrative time, clinical work all done at one location  
  • Serve as site director at clinical site, as well as regional medial director for Lower Hudson Valley region  
  • On-board new site medical directors and provide mentoring and coaching of those individuals
  • Collaborate and provide supervision to NPs and PAs as well as staff providers on site
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with new providers and have quarterly in-person meetings + bi-weekly phone calls with the organization CMO
  • Oversee Adult Medicine Quality Improvement Specialist system (QIS) for the organization, working closely with regional medical directors to optimize and standardize care

Job Requirements:


 

 

  • NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
  • Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Required
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience and strong background in Quality Improvement
