WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Assistant for a Prestigious Hospital in State College, PA.

Job Description:


Compensation : $20 - $30
Job ID : 13487

  • Perform clinical and administrative duties under the direction of the physician or other clinical staff
  • Record patients’ medical history and vitals
  • Prepare treatment rooms for exams and cleaning after exams
  • Collection of blood, tissue, or other lab specimens as directed by the provider
  • Prepare and administer some medications as directed

Job Requirements:


  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or Associates in Medical Assistant/Occupational Studies
  • 6 months paid working experience
  • BLS preferred (American Heart Association
