WCS Healthcare is currently seeking medical assistants for an on-going  contract assignment at one of New Jersey's largest health systems.

Job Description:


Compensation : $20 - $20
Job ID : 12605

  • Perform clinical and administrative duties under the direction of the physician or other clinical staff

  • Record patients’ medical history and vitals

  • Prepare treatment rooms for exams and cleaning after exams

  • Collection of blood, tissue, or other lab specimens as directed by the provider

  • Prepare and administer some medications as directed  


Job Requirements:


  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or Associates in Medical Assistant/Occupational Studies  
  • 6 months paid working experience
  • Certified or Registered required  
  • BLS preferred (American Heart Association)
