JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• See patients of all ages 0-100, target up to 20 patients per day  
• Full spectrum primary care - diagnose and treat medical illnesses, refer to specialists
• Based at their Upper West Side clinic with strong team of providers doing primary care, women's health and basic health screenings (STD, breast exam, diabetes screening etc.)
• Need to be independent, no collaborating physician on the van     
• Community health setting diverse patient population, normal primary and patients with more chronic conditions
• 35 hour work week considered full time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm schedule with 1 hr for lunch

Job Requirement:

• State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
• Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred, not required
