Our client is a broad-based, multi-service organization searching for two Nurse Case Managers.


Compensation : $45 - $45

Job Function:

  • cover two houses each.
  • responsible for knowing the patients, making assessments, and training the DSP staff on recommended care.
  • responsible for plan of care oversight and making sure staff adheres to doctor's orders, and standard charts & paperwork


Job Requirements:
  • RN License  
  • 1+ year of Nurse Management Experience  
  • Preferred:
    • Experience w/ Developmentally Disabled population  
    • EMR Experience
